A Page From My Business Diary ~

Last Wednesday marked an exciting chapter in my ongoing journey as I had the privilege of speaking on the ActiveProspect webinar. It was an invigorating and enlightening experience that provided phenomenal exposure and spurred promising developments.

Following the webinar, I received interest from potential beta testers and had the opportunity to present to a few of them. As I worked on their proposals, a sense of cautious optimism grew. Each step reinforced the market need for our product and will shape our future course of action.

Over the past week, my team set up a demo showcasing our platform's capabilities and developed a batch file process to test client data and refine our algorithms with real data. Additionally, I created a presentation using AI tools—an efficient way to kickstart the sales process. (I'll be sharing more about my experience with these AI tools in an upcoming LinkedIn post, so stay tuned!)

Currently, we are offering free batch tests for beta clients. This allows them to experience firsthand how effective our product is at producing higher-quality leads before committing to real-time API integration. The proof is in the results—clients can see tangible, data-driven outcomes before making a larger investment of time and resources.

During these initial presentations and demos, I noticed a few gaps that needed addressing. This feedback has been invaluable, and I plan to revise and iterate the presentation deck until it meets my expectations.

As clients express satisfaction with their results and consider transitioning to our paid service, I am diligently working on finalizing our contract. While drafting, I discovered areas within our business model, including pricing, that needed further discussion. This week, I plan to bring the team together to address these areas and make any necessary technical changes to ensure our terms align with our actions.

Every step of this journey has brought more questions and highlighted areas needing clarity, whether in our marketing materials or business processes. This process has been enlightening and has underscored the importance of refining our structure.

Moving forward, my primary focus over the next couple of months will be amplifying our visibility. Exposure is key—no one can show interest or make a purchase if they don’t know about us! I'm eager to explore and implement cost-effective strategies to spread the word and welcome any ideas.

As I continue on this path, I am meticulously documenting each step, creating templates, scripts, and workflows. This will ultimately pave the way for a future sales and account management team as our product gains traction next year.

The response to Rex Validate has been encouraging. Businesses see the long-term value in generating and purchasing high-quality leads, and I look forward to the impact we will make on the industry.
