Running a small remote agency has many benefits but poses challenges with multi-state administration, including varying employment and tax rules, business registration, and benefits management. Unlike larger corporations, small businesses struggle with these complexities due to limited resources. In this post, I seek insights from fellow business owners and HR professionals on how to navigate these issues effectively.

We tested dynamic TCPA consent in lead generation to improve transparency and consumer choice but saw a drop in conversion rates, possibly due to consumer confusion and an unengaging format. While one-to-one consent may yield better quality leads, overall volume is down. We're balancing quality and quantity while exploring better formats.

My fascination with dreams led me to start a journal to explore my subconscious. I've noticed changes in dream clarity, possibly due to stress or health issues. Troubled by recent nightmares, I introduced calming activities like yoga and meditation, which have helped restore mental peace. Dream journaling has evolved from a hobby into a vital tool for self-reflection and mental well-being.
