I’ve always been driven by a passion for helping businesses thrive through the power of meaningful connections. This passion led to the creation of Rex Martech.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve focused on predictive modeling and intent validation to enhance lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and empower businesses to make smarter, more confident decisions.
Standard Information Systems Partnership: A Step Forward
In an exciting update, we’ve successfully integrated Rex Validate into Standard Information’s ping post platform.
This integration allows Standard Information’s users to easily access our lead validation tools, with no technical jargon or binding contracts.
Phone validation, email validation, and home service validation are now live on the platform, making it easier than ever for businesses to optimize their lead flow.
This partnership enhances efficiency, improves lead quality, and reduces acquisition costs, all at a competitive price from Standard Information.
We’re thrilled about how this partnership is helping us make lead validation more accessible and efficient for businesses.
Building Smarter Models for Predictive Analytics
On the predictive modeling front, we’ve been analyzing propensity scores for industries like roofing and solar energy, using data such as roof age and roof size to predict lead need.
However, we’ve encountered a challenge: the timing of processing these models.
While we’ve been working with a third-party vendor to incorporate these insights into a real-time algorithm, there’s a delay in processing that we’re working to fix. We’re testing internally to determine whether this can be seamlessly integrated into our system for real-time use.
The Challenges of Intent Validation
We’re also continuing to refine our intent validation approach. It’s no longer just about validating the data, but about verifying the intent behind it.
For example, if a lead has a brand-new roof, offering roofing services no longer makes sense. We’re identifying intent signals that can be integrated automatically into our validation tools, ensuring we only target high-value opportunities.
Learning and Adapting: The Road Ahead
The journey hasn’t been without its hurdles. We’re still working with third-party models and collecting data to build more accurate, in-house models.
Our long-term goal is to own the predictive models ourselves, so we can better control the process and make smarter, faster decisions.
The insights we’ve gained have been invaluable, and while we’re not quite there yet, the learning process has put us in a great position to move forward.
As we continue to refine Rex Validate and our predictive capabilities, I am excited about the potential of integrating more data points to increase accuracy, improve conversion rates, and help businesses make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Our journey with predictive modeling and intent validation is just beginning, and I can’t wait to continue improving and optimizing for the future.
